He contacted me yesterday and said he was looking for a 1-bedroom apartment in Beşiktaş and that his budget would allow it.
I recommended he look at a 2-bedroom apartment in a new building as an alternative.
His answer intrigued me. He said he'd lived in a residential building for a long time and wanted to live in a residential building for a while.
After I hung up, I asked myself: Should I live in a 1-bedroom apartment in Beşiktaş or a 2-bedroom apartment in a new building?
