Recently, the Barbaros 48 and Kempinski Residence Balmumcu projects have risen in the area.
Now, a new one is slowly rising in the area: Barbaros Boulevard.
The project, which I observed is being built on a fairly large area on Barbaros Boulevard, is still in its early stages.
